I express my sympathy for your loss of Lee. I planned on seeing you this morning, but had a sick grandchild in the back bed room. Both of you were very gracious to me and my children and the boys and I still talk about the times that Lee took them to the pits to fish.
Sincerely
David

To Julia and Julie and Family... As a young girl, I have memories of being at the Phillips\' house with Julie-- and Lee being there as the \"Big Brother\". I too remember Lee and \"Dad\" coming back from the war in Korea. Over the years we would see Lee and Julia at some of our \"Eatin\' places\" The Truck Stop and Claras were some of them. Lee always had a funny remark to make in his dry way..I know he will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely, Myra Jo and Dave

Julie, I am so sorry to hear of Lee\'s passing. Seeing his picture brought back so many nice memories of us in elementary days and Lee as the big brother. I remember when your parents got news of Lee and your dad going into Korean war. You and his family will be in my prayers .

Lee was a very special person. He will be missed by many individuals as he was a very outgoing and likeable person. We worked together for many years at the Lakeland Fire Department.

We were so sorry to hear of Lee\'s death. We had just had lunch with him the Saturday, June 1, at the Blackwater cook out. We both always enjoyed our time talking and joking with Lee.. We will certainly miss him at Blackwater.
