Bonifay – Allen J. Quick, Sr. 83, was born on July 24, 1929 in Spencer, NY and passed away on July 22, 2012 due to heart failure.
Allen was an Army veteran who served in the Korean Conflict and received the Bronze Star. He was a member of the American Legion.
Allen is preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine, one son, one daughter, three sisters, and two brothers. He is survived by his son, Allen J. Quick, Jr., grandsons, Michael Quick and Jeffrey Allen Quick, Jr., great-grandchildren, Gabi and Zoey Quick, and sister, Myrtle Houck.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 1 pm at Fitzgerald Cemetery graveside.
