Charles "Charlie" Arnold Gordy

Charles “Charlie” A. Gordy Lakeland: Charles “Charlie” A. Gordy, of Lakeland, died on August 26, 2018. He was born on February 8, 1936 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Charlie was a sales representative and had worked in sales all his life. He was an avid sports fan but most of all loved Lakeland High School “Dreadnaught” football and the Miami Dolphins. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, Avis and Stella Gordy, his daughter, Connie Lee, and several brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife, Sharon; daughter, Pam (Terry) Winchester, 3 grandsons, 2 great- grandchildren, and many brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Heath Funeral Chapel, with a viewing one hour prior. Interment will follow the service at Oak Hill Burial Park.
