He is survived by his wife, Sharon of 51 years, two sons and five grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Bethel Baptist Church of Lakeland, 3125 W Socrum Loop Rd, Lakeland, FL 33810, on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 10 a.m. with a memorial service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Bethel Baptist Church Men's Ministry or to Florida Baptist Children's Home Porch Light Ministry, 1015 Sikes Blvd, Lakeland, FL 33815.
