Lloyd Clayton Lay

Lloyd C. Lay, 84 of Lakeland, Florida went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 22, 2020. He was born October 15, 1935 in Eden, North Carolina. Lloyd was the son of the late Walter and Roxie Lay. He was the oldest of 5 siblings. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Lay, his mother, Roxie Burchell Lay, his sister, Barbara Jean Lay Wood, his brother, Richard Lay and his sister, Sherry Lay Dillard. Lloyd is survived by his sister, Linda Sue Hepler and husband Everett "Sonny" of Trinity, North Carolina. His nephew, Tim Haynes of Trinity, North Carolina. He was very thankful for all the visits Tim made to just simply stop by and check on him. His niece, Megan Profitt and daughter Kaelynne of Trinity, North Carolina. His niece, Patricia Englebright and husband Dennis of Oxford, North Carolina. His niece, Brenda Corum and husband, Wayne of Eden, North Carolina. Many great nieces, nephews, great great nieces, and nephews. Rhonda Redilla, Caregiver, and really good friend. I will always remember you Lloyd Lay.
