Robert Earl Jones

Lakeland - Robert E. Jones, 65 years old of Lakeland, Fl, formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully in his wife’s arms on June 12, 2018. Bob was born on September 30, 1952 in Detroit, Mich, to Earl and Joann (Steins) Jones. Bob is survived by his wife, Joy (Twiss) Jones. Also surviving are his brothers, Steven (Theresa) Jones; David (Dianne) Jones and sister, Deborah (Byron) Clark. 3 nieces, and 9 nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents as well as 2 nephews. Bob was a 1970 graduate of Rogers High School in Toledo, OH and attended The University of Toledo. Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1pm with services following at 2 pm at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 South Ingraham Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801. Interment will take place at Oak Hill Burial Park 4620 US Highway 98 South, Lakeland, FL 33812.
