Allen-Michael Scott Lewis passed away Friday, May 27, 2016. He was born on September 19, 1994 in Winter Haven, Florida. He is survived by his mother, Karen Darlene Lewis, brother, Adam Lewis, sisters, Ashleigh Klein (David), Alyssa Lewis, grandparents, Nancy Young (Allen Roberts), uncle and aunt Tony and Jessica Roberts, many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016 at 6:30 pm at Dixie Highway Baptist Church, 2343 Taylor Road, Auburndale, FL 33823.
