Ana Margarita Hasert passed away peacefully on May 22, 2025, at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center, with her devoted husband by her side. She was 60 years old.
Ana was born on October 3, 1964, in Jovellanos, Cuba, to Jose Luis Salvador Argaluza Montenegro and Adela Guillermina Pelay Garcia. In 1969, Ana and her family immigrated to the United States, settling in upper Manhattan, New York. In January 1990, Ana relocated to Florida in support of her beloved husband, Daniel Hasert.
During their 35 years of marriage, Ana was a loving wife and a devoted mother to her son, Christopher Adam Hasert, and daughter, Marie Ishii. She cherished her role as a grandmother to Adam Conner Hasert and was eagerly anticipating meeting her newest grandson, Tyson Kole Ishii, in Japan.
Ana brought warmth and joy to every room she entered. She loved dancing, sharing laughter, and spending rime shopping for her loved ones, always remembering birthdays, Christmas, and special occasions. Her sense of humor, generosity, and love of life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Ana was preceded in death by her father, Jose, and her brother, Luis. She is survived by her mother, Adela; her aunt, Margarita; her brothers, Bert Argaluza (Ellie), Rob Argaluza (Lenora), and Gus Argaluza (Reni); and her many cherished cousins: Juan Fuentes (Olga), Jay Fuentes (Mike Dolan), Frank Fuentes (Mike Rubin), and David Fuentes (Cynthia).
Ana’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever hold dear her vibrant spirit and unwavering love.
