Lakeland " Betty Ann Heath, 69, passed away on July 9, 2016. She was born on October 2, 1946, in Woonsocket, R.I. She worked for Polk County for 19 years as a service representative for the Elderly Services. Survived by daughter, Alicia Simmons and husband; and son, Charles Heath and wife, Jaime, and 9 grandchildren. Viewing will be held on Friday, July 15, 2016, from 5:00 " 7:00 p.m. at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1920 S.
