Frances Jean Allen

Lakeland – Frances “Jean” Allen passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born June 19, 1956, in Needles, California to Norman and Clara Lee Altman. Jean enjoyed gardening, beach trips, cooking, reading and DIY projects. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her two daughters, Lindsay Allen (Thomas) and Ashley Allen; one sister, Bonnie Altman Irvine (John), two brothers, Norman Altman (Izzy) and Travis Altman (Star); grandchildren, Wyatt, Owen and Maryjean McDonald; and many other loving family members and friends. A mask is required to attend. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 10:00 am with a service following at 11:00 am at Heath Funeral Chapel, 328 S. Ingraham Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33801. Interment will be at Paynes Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Bowling Green FL.
