Frances M. Parker, 91 Lakeland " Frances M. Parker, 91, passed away on January 09, 2014 due to natural causes. Frances was born in Mechanicville, NY on October 4, 1922 and was a devoted Catholic. She is survived by her sons, Charles, John, Sr. and William Michael Parker, her daughter, Patricia Ann Parker, two grandsons, John Parker, Jr. and Jason Parker, two great granddaughters, Lexus and Aubrey Parker, god daughter, Annette and Sal Antunucci, and family. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 10 from 5-7pm at Heath Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 11 at 12 pm at Oak Hill Burial Park.
