Jack Stanley Proseus

Jack Stanley Proseus, 90 Industrial Production Manager Lakeland- Mr. Jack Stanley Proseus died on August 20, 2013 at Florida Presbyterian Homes peacefully of natural causes. He was born March 28, 1923 in Auburn, Indiana. Mr. Proseus grew up in Elkhardt, Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering. He was a Captain in the United States Army in the Field Artillary during World War II in the European Theater. Mr. Proseus was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, Fl. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Proseus, Lakeland, daughter, Leigh Ann Sallee, granddaughter, Carrie Clonessy and great granddaughter, Shelby Beers. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday August 24, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Florida Presbyterian Homes Chapel, 16 Lake Hunter Drive, Lakeland, Fl. 33803.
