Jackie Sue Czerwinski, 77 Surgical Technician Lakeland-Jackie Sue Czerwinski died on February 12, 2016 at Lakeland Regional Health. She was born February 14, 1938 in Fyffe, Alabama. Jackie was a very active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a devout parishioner. She was predeceased by her daughter, Suzanne Czerwinski Tramel. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Lynn Czerwinski, Plant City, FL, grandchildren, Jacquelyn Nicole Webb, Brittney Criss-Love, Bradley Criss, Paige Odom, Katherine Gravel and six great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with a visitation one hour prior to the Mass.
