Lakeland " Janice Bernita Hammack passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016. She was born on October 28, 1941 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Raymond and Violet Johnson. Janice is survived by her three daughters; Susan Vense Spaanbrock (Steve), Amy Royal (Stan), Jill Hammack (D""Ann Ford) and three grandchildren; Tyler J. Kardos, David Royal III and Zachary Royal. Services were held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 am at First Presbyterian Church. Memorials can be sent to the Woman""s Resource Center Endowment Fund in care of Givewell Community Foundation, 1501 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, FL 33803.
