Jeri-Anne Polzin, 81, of Lakeland, passed away on December 16th, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Hospital.
She was born on January 9th, 1942 to Thomas & Frances Harwell in Chicago, IL.
Jeri is survived by her granddaughter, Kellie; nephew, Dion (Denise) & niece, Kim.
She’s preceded in death by her husband, Richard; daughter, Kathleen; sister Audrey and brother, Thomas.
A celebration of life will be held on Dec. 28th from 3:00-7:00 PM at the Cleveland Heights Golf & Country Club. The family welcomes friends to join them in celebrating Jeri’s life.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Florida SPCA.
