Kenneth Craig White 94 Blue Cross/Blue Shield Lakeland- Mr. Kenneth Craig White died on September 11, 2011 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was born November 22, 1916 in Chicago, Illinois. He served in the United States Army Air Corps. during World War II in both Africa and Europe. He was a member of The Church of the Nazarene in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. White was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Marjorie Lucille Favorite White and by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include daughter, Karen (Bob) Swenson, Carbondale, Ill., Kathie (Jim) Berg, Cheney, Washington, Son, Gary (Patricia) White, Lakeland, Fl., 6 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren.
