Kevin W. Richardson, 60 Lakeland " Kevin W. Richardson passed away Monday, March 28, 2016. He was born on August 24, 1955 in Wellsboro, PA, to Dot Richardson. He is survived by 4 daughters, Angela (Ricky), Kendra (DeWayne), Kristina (Jason), Rachael (Rey), 2 granddaughters, Abby and Claire and 1 brother, Bryan. Kevin was an avid sailor and will set sail for the final time in June, with his participation in Eternal Reefs"" Sarasota project.
