Lenora A. Vinson

Lenora Vinson, age 97, passed away peacefully on Sunday November 16th, 2025. She was born on April 29th, 1928, in Fairburn, GA to Ramsey Astin and Lucy Little. Lenora is survived by her grandchildren Rue Vinson and Michele Dean. She is predeceased by her husband Willie Vinson and her sons Timothy and Michael Vinson. Lenora was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and member of the church. She was well traveled and visited 48/50 of the United States. She and her husband built their home and several others in the Lake Bonny area. She was a talented seamstress and thread craft artist who loved to adventure into thrift stores and yard sales. Lenora spent her later years serving the First Baptist Church at the Mall and their Compassion House where they distribute clothes and food to those in need. She will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland alongside her family.
