Luther D. Hutton

Luther ""Douglas"" Hutton (March 8, 1926 to May 8, 2016). Douglas was born in Anniston, Alabama to Henry and Grace Hutton. He was a WWII Navy veteran and an office machine technician. He married Margaret Hutton in 1946 and together they had 4 sons. Douglas was a skilled carpenter and agriculturalist. He was a long time member of Kathleen Baptist Church and the Kathleen Area Historical Society. Douglas was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers Herschel, Truman and Daniel, and his son Phillip. Left to honor Douglas are his wife Margaret Hutton; sons and daughter-in-laws Gary and Ginny, Roger and Maudine and Danny and Jill Hutton; Sister Clarice and Earnest Wagman; grandchildren Deanna Riley, Cole , Scott, Trevor, Joshua, Brian Hutton and Meagan Huggins; 12 greatgrandchildren, Bobby, Quinn and Evan Riley, Alexis, Aiden, Madison, Jensen, Amaya, Aryka, and Alex Hutton and Eliza and Brenna Huggins. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 11th 5:00 " 7:00 pm and services Thursday, May 12 at 10:00 at Heath Funeral Chapel.
