Margaret Frances Pennington

Lakeland, FL - Frances Keller Pennington went to be with our Heavenly Father on the morning of Saturday, June 11, 2022. She was 96 years old! Frances was born on June 6, 1926, in Yukon, McDowell County, West Virginia. She had a long career at Appalachian Power in Bluefield, WV, and was a member of various social clubs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merel B. Pennington; sister, Elizabeth Wingo, and a brother, Thomas L. Keller. She is survived by her brother, James F. Keller (Dee) of Atlantic Beach, FL; nephew, Donald Joe Wingo (Pat) of Charlotte, NC; nieces, Mary Kay Grossblatt (Gary) of Seattle, WA, Grace Stewart (Michael) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; nephew, J. Andrew Keller (Ethan) of Arlington, TX; and various other grandnieces and grandnephews. She also leaves behind special friends Hank, Jan and Keith and Don and Lori. Frances was the kind of person who touched everyone she met! Earth will be a little sadder, but Heaven will be a little brighter with her passing. A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 11AM, at Presbyterian Church in the Highlands.
