A life-long lover of music, Mary Ann played French horn in high school band; she played piano and organ, and was an alto who, as part of Sweet Adelines, sang once at Royal Albert Hall in London. She loved and supported the Lakeland Symphony Orchestra.
Mary Ann married David Touchton in 2004, and they lived together on Nunn Road, along with their three cats and a dog. She is survived by her daughter, Sara Simons of Lithonia, Georgia.
