Nancy C. Panter, 83 Passed away October 24th at Valencia Hills Rehabilitation Facility. Preceeded in death by Charles S. Panter. Survived by her son David C. Panter, her daughter Debby L. Holt, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery on Friday, October 27th at 11:00 a.m.
