Shirley Ann Dean Collins

Shirley Collins passed away August 17, 2025, at home peacefully. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Collins, son, William Martin. Shirley is survived by brother, Curtis Dickens, son, Charles Barber, daughters, Karen Barnett and Donna Keller Kosmoski. She has 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She graduated from college with an associate’s degree and retired from the City Of Lakeland. She put her heart into everything she did and loved her children with her whole heart.
