Vera Colleen Wilkinson died on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. She was born on July 15, 1931, in Missouri. She moved to Lakeland, Florida in 1954.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 77 years, William J Wilkinson and grandson, Brian Prince.
Vera is survived by her daughters, Connie Prince (Mike), Jo Moore (Terry); son, Steve Wilkinson, and 3 grandchildren, Shawn Moore, Kelly Moore and Seth Wilkinson and 1 great grandchild, Henry Prince.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Lakeland, Florida.
Private family interment will be at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
