She is survived by her son, Dr. Larry D. Smith (Marilyn), Ft. Thomas, KY, daughters, Linda S. Thomas (Bill), Lakeland, FL, Laura S. York (Bill), Gainesville, FL, 6 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
