William E Soper

Lakeland - William E. \"Bill\" Soper, 80, was born October 21, 1932 in Hammond, NY and passed away on August 4, 2013 due to heart failure. He was a carpenter. William is survived by his wife, Shirley, sons, Kevin and Kris Soper, daughter, Kimberly Muse, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and his brother, Donald Soper. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 8 from 10-11 am at Heath Funeral Chapel with a service to follow at 11 am. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park.
