William Martin Spencer Truck Driver William M. Spencer, 70 passed away Friday, November 27, 2015. He was born on March 9, 1945, to Henry and Mable Spencer in Lockport, New York. William enjoyed working in the yard and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Vivian Baird Spencer of 50 years, they had two children, son, Martin, (Terri), daughter, Amy, five grandchildren Lee, Kayla, William, Amanda Lynn, Amanda Louise, 6 great grandchildren Isabella, Jeramiah, Sofia, Tristan, Ethan, Benjamin, two brothers Don and Richard Spencer and two sisters Marjorie Tice and Mary Bohn.
