HARKINS, William R., 82, of Lakeland, FL, passed August 7, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean, his brother Mike and sister-in-law Louise, niece Lisa, sister-in-law Karen, six children, eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
